Sorry for the watermark on this one but I never upload anything on internet without it, ugly but necessary.

Anyway.

My entry for

's contest; I kinda read the journal and instantly had the idea and decided to give it a shot, why not.

This is character Cirno from Touhou as Jadis the White Witch from Narnia; I mixed both designs of Cirno and Tilda Swinton's costume as Jadis together, adapted a few things. I wanted as well her to look like one of those classical portraits of kings and queens, hence the pose and all. Put all the ingredients in the blending and this is the result
